Terms of Service

Before any work starts, we confirm with you in writing what we will build or run for you and what it costs.

Prices in Moroccan dirhams are shown HT (excluding VAT); VAT is added on the invoice. Prices outside Morocco are shown in US dollars, tax included. We send you an invoice, and you pay by bank transfer or cash in Morocco, or by PayPal from abroad. We do not take card payments.

Our monthly plans — Bidaya, Asas, Nizam, Qiyada and Sulta — run for a minimum of six months. That is how long it takes to build a real presence and to be able to measure it. Each plan includes the ad budget shown on the pricing page.

The website and domain we set up for you are yours. You keep the rights to the photos, logos and texts you send us, and we use them only to deliver your service.

You are welcome to browse and share this site. Please do not copy its design or content to present it as your own, and do not try to break or overload it.
