All code, designs, 3D assets, and marketing strategies deployed by TechMative remain our exclusive intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via contract.

Our deployed assets (Websites, AI Agents, Digital Twins) are built for performance. We are not liable for the competitive advantage our tools provide. Use them responsibly.

We reserve the right to terminate client contracts if ethical boundaries are crossed or if payment obligations are not met.
