Google folded Gemini into Workspace in January 2025, so the AI is not a separate add-on. Inside the apps you get:

Plus the admin console, so you can add, remove and lock down accounts yourself. The apps are the same in every tier — what changes higher up is storage, how big a meeting can get, and a few admin and compliance controls.

Four AI tools you do not pay extra for

These come with the seat — no separate licence, no per-tool subscription. Two of them carry conditions, and they are written on the card rather than in a footnote.

Google Flow — AI video studio

Describe a scene and Flow generates cinematic video from it. For a Moroccan business making its own content, this is the tool that used to mean hiring a crew.

Flow is an additional Google service, not part of core Workspace: an administrator switches it on and it sits outside the core Workspace terms. Google says prompts work best in English. Heavier use needs Google’s paid AI Ultra for Business add-on — so treat the included access as a real tool, not an unlimited studio.

Workspace Studio — automation without code

Build multi-step automations that run across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Chat and the rest — the kind of plumbing that used to need a developer on retainer.

Included on your plan. Google is switching it on for eligible editions in stages through early 2026, so we will not promise it is live the day you sign — we will tell you what your tenant actually has.

Gemini Notebook

Formerly NotebookLM. Drop in your own files, links and video, and get back summaries, mind maps and podcast-style audio overviews — grounded in your documents rather than in the open internet.

The Gemini app

A standalone assistant on your work account, not a personal one: brainstorm, outline a deep-research report, or write and debug code.

Starter includes basic chat. Standard and Plus get expanded access.

How the billing actually works

Four things worth knowing before you sign, rather than after.

One invoice, in dirhams

We create and hold the Google billing for your team and pay Google ourselves. You get a single TechMative invoice in dirhams — no foreign card, no separate Google bill to reconcile.

Billed once a year, in advance

Seats are invoiced annually, up front. We commit to Google for the full year on your behalf, so the commitment runs in both directions.

Price reviewed every year

Google publishes its Workspace prices in euro. The dirham figure here is ours, converted — and we review it once a year, because the exchange rate moves and we would rather say so now.

TechMative is not a Google partner, reseller or certified anything. We are the team that sets your Workspace up, runs the admin console and answers when something breaks. Google stays Google.
